Having worked in Audiology for both the NHS and the private sector, I (Glen) have now decided, along with my partner Jo, to venture out and set up my own business. I am passionate about helping my customers with their hearing needs, and ensuring we consistently deliver high levels of customer service. I was trained in the NHS and have worked for a number of years in both a busy ENT department and the private sector. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at both and am now really looking forward to the next chapter of my career.
Jo has come from a background in travel. Covid hit the industry hard and redundancy resulted in a career re-think. We decided to join forces and with over 25 years office experience, will ensure all appointments and procurement run like clockwork! Together we believe we make the dream team and you can rest assured that you are in very safe hands!
Our mobile, friendly, home visiting service helps those of you who are not always able to easily access high street retailers or often rely on your family and friends to attend appointments. Others may simply prefer to remain in your own environment or just enjoy the convenience of having us come to you. Either way, we guarantee you will be well looked after.
